As a member-owner of Meeker Cooperative, you are a vital part of our community, and your involvement helps guide the direction of our cooperative. Annual meetings are a cornerstone of cooperative governance, providing a platform for transparency, member engagement, and democratic decision-making.
This is your opportunity to hear directly from Co-op leaders, participate in shaping our future, and ensure that your voice is heard in the operations and planning of the Cooperative. We invite you to join us for our Member Appreciation Day and Annual Meeting on August 6th, 2024, at Powder Ridge in Kimball, MN. The event will run from 4:30 to 8:00 PM, with the Annual Meeting starting at 7:00 PM.
This special day is packed with entertainment, delicious food, and important discussions about our Cooperative’s future.
Enjoy a meal featuring pulled pork sandwiches, beans, potato salad, chips, cookies, and water. Entertainment will include a petting zoo from Joah’s Ark, live music on the patio by Steve Michaud, and BINGO with prizes from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. 10-09-402 Join us for Blackout BINGO at 6:00 PM for a chance to win an EGO Electric Lawn Mower. Kids will love the bouncy house and power bungee jump, and everyone can experience the excitement of bucket truck rides.
In addition to the fun activities, there will be booths from VIBRANT Broadband, Heartland Security, and an opportunity to meet your Board Members. The Annual Meeting, starting at 7:00 PM, will provide an opportunity to hear from your Co-op leaders about our priorities, challenges, financial health, and operational plans for the coming years. This is a great opportunity for you to ask questions and share your valuable perspective.
